Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Commercial Executive (Fresher) - on roll

Experience: Fresher (with working knowledge of Tally)

Looking for a young and enthusiastic Accounts Executive who has basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally software. The role involves assisting the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations, data entry, and documentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Assist in voucher preparation, bill entry, and data posting.
• Support in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records.
• Help in bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and journal entries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist seniors in preparing monthly reports and other accounting statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for collection and verification of financial data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any commerce graduate.
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Must have basic knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting fundamentals.
• Good communication and learning attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
