Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions. The candidate should possess strong expertise in accounts reconciliation, statutory compliance, and inventory management, with proficiency in Tally and other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and annual accounts reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PTAX), and Income Tax (IT) documentation and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, journal entries, and ledger activities.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock verification and records in ERP systems.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide required information.
• Work with Tally and other ERP software for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Support in identifying process improvements for efficient financial management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 
  
• Proven experience in accounts reconciliation, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PTAX, IT).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficiency in Tally and other ERP software.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior experience with statutory compliances and ERP systems.
