Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Billing Executive for our manufacturing unit. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and accounting using Tally Prime, along with a clear understanding of manufacturing billing processes, GST compliance, and coordination with production and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans for manufactured goods
• Handle job work, inward/outward entries, and stock-related billing in Tally Prime
• Record purchase, sales, debit note, and credit note entries
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for billing and material movement
• Ensure correct GST classification (HSN codes) and tax calculations
• Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and compliance
• Track pending bills, follow up for discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
• Support month-end closing, reports, and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation as per statutory and internal requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Executive in a manufacturing company
• Mandatory working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Strong understanding of manufacturing billing, inventory, and GST
• Knowledge of stock management and job work accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com or equivalent degree
• Experience in handling manufacturing audits and compliance documentation
