Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP 9, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Taxation & Compliance: * Thorough knowledge and practical handling of GST (filing returns, GSTR-1, 3B, and reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B).
• Timely calculation and deposit of TDS; preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and manage petty cash.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor outstanding dues, follow up with clients for payments, and ensure timely payments to vendors and freelancers.
• Documentation: Maintain systematic filing of invoices, vouchers, and tax-related documents for audit purposes.
• Reporting: Assist the senior management in preparing monthly P&L statements and balance sheets.
