Accounts Manager

We are hiring a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in SAP Business One to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets & reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements & ensure timely closings
• Handle statutory compliance: GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings
• Manage audits, tax matters & regulatory requirements
• Monitor budgets, variances & provide financial insights to management
• Mentor junior staff & support process automation

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• 3+ years of accounting & finance experience
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Business One
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance & financial analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools

Preferred

• Industry exposure: Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Services
• Knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS
• Experience in automation/shared services
