Urgent Opening for the role of Executive Assistant (Married Female).
About Company: — At Kedia Growth Services LLP, we help in building systems and training modules in Indian MSMEs so that the operations of the business are automated and the business owners can focus only on growth.
Job Responsibility:
- Act as the point of contact among the Directors & the company.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing director calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Oversee the performance of other employees
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Attend weekly review meetings
Key Skills:
- Excellent follow up
- Graduate required
- Should be soft-spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali).
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to take independent decisions in high-pressure situations
- Should be married female with kids.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹ 16000 to ₹18000 per month

Experience:
