Admission Counsellor

We are looking for aggressive and articulate Admission Counsellors to join our high-performing sales team. You will be the face of SSEI for prospective students, guiding them through their career choices in Finance and driving enrollments for our premium courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls (60-80 dials/day) to prospective students interested in CA, CFA, and FRM.
• Counseling: Provide professional career guidance to students and working professionals, explaining the value of our courses and how they align with their career goals.
• Sales Conversion: Drive admissions by effectively communicating course features, batch details, and SSEI’s unique selling points (USPs) to close sales.
• CRM Management: Update all lead interactions, follow-ups, and admission statuses in the CRM (LeadSquared) daily.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly revenue and admission targets to earn high incentives.
• Follow-up: Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert "warm" leads into paid enrollments.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, or Ed-Tech sales (Experience in CA/CFA industry is a huge plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. You will be talking to CA aspirants and Finance professionals, so professional tone is a must.
• Sales Attitude: A "Hunter" mindset—hungry for incentives and growth.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (like LeadSquared/Salesforce).
