Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students throughout their admission journey — from inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a strong passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins) and follow up promptly.

Counsel students on suitable programs offered by BCIPL based on their academic and career goals.

Explain course details, curriculum, eligibility, and admission procedures effectively.

Achieve individual and team admission targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and follow-up activities.

Maintain accurate student data and follow-up records using CRM or internal tools.

Support admission events, webinars, and student engagement initiatives.

Provide post-enrollment support to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of students.
