Hiring 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿:

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

* 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education industry

preferred).

* Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre .

* Candidates must have strong communication skills and should be willing to

work with admission targets .

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

* Manage and mentor the telecalling team

* Drive admissions through strong follow-ups, counselling sessions, and

campus visits.

* Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.

* Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
