Admission Counsellor

Admission Mitra is looking for experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellors for our Kolkata and Patna offices. The candidate should have prior experience in counselling for Engineering and Medical courses and must be fluent in Bengali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admission counselling to students for Engineering & Medical courses across India and abroad
• Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Guide students regarding college selection, admission process, and documentation
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for student registrations and conversions
• Maintain proper follow-ups with students and parents
• Provide accurate and updated information about colleges, fees, and admission procedures
• Assist students throughout the admission process till final enrollment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in admission counselling (Engineering/Medical preferred)
• Fluency in Bengali is mandatory (for Kolkata & Patna location)
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
