AAA Prasad Group is seeking an experienced Senior Advocate to handle all legal matters related to real estate operations. The role involves providing legal advisory, managing property documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling litigation, and representing the company before courts, authorities, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal due diligence for land and property transactions
• Drafting, vetting, and registration of agreements, deeds, and contracts
• Handling litigation, disputes, and court representations
• Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations
• Legal advisory to management on ongoing and upcoming projects

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in real estate and property law
• Strong knowledge of local land laws, RERA, and registration processes
