Agency Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential customers and explain Kotak Life Insurance plans.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.

Assist clients throughout the policy application and documentation process.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities under the guidance of the Branch/Agency Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S.) / Graduate (any discipline).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales, marketing, and helping others secure their financial future.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented individual.
