Role: Agency Channel Partner

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Life Advisors

• Build and manage agency sales team

• Train and mentor team members

• Drive business through agency channel

• Monitor team performance and productivity

Eligibility:

• Graduate

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Interest in sales, recruitment & team handling

• Hindi & English proficiency required.

Process:

• HR Screening → Personal Interview → IRDAI Certification for freshers→ Training & Onboarding

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + High incentives.

• Permanent Role in management will be offered upon successful completion of probation period. For freshers, salary negotiations will be open for right candidates post probation period.

Note: IRDAI certification is mandatory according to govt. regulations. (assistance will be provided).
