Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Business Manager to recruit, develop, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors. The role involves driving business growth through advisor performance, training, and motivation while building a strong and sustainable agency network.

Key Responsibilities

·        Recruit Distributers

·        Distributers will make team of Advisors

·        Generate business through the advisers by guiding and motivating distributors

·        Lead the team of distributors

·        Motivate them to achieve targets

·        

• Provide training and guidance to them.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21 to 47 years
• Education: Minimum Graduation (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (any industry)
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage people
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Who Can Become an Advisor?

• Individuals engaged in any business or private job who wish to earn additional income can be recruited as Life Insurance Advisors.
