Area Manager (AM)

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations, sales performance, and team management within a designated geographical area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving company objectives through effective leadership, planning, and execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise branch offices, sales teams, or distribution channels within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team leaders, associates, and field executives.
• Develop area-specific sales strategies and action plans to drive growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors.
• Review team performance regularly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting systems.
• Conduct area visits and business meetings to monitor field performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
