About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive (Medical Representative) to join our team in Kolkata. You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence across a pre-designated territory in India. This is a high-travel role requiring 25 days of continuous field tour per month within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in your assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Submit daily tour reports, sales data, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Ensure proper product knowledge and detailing during customer interactions.

Territory Assignment:

You will be assigned one of the following regions based on your expertise and experience:

1. North East India
2. North West India
3. Central India
4. North India
5. South India
6. Western India

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduate
• Experience: 2+ years in medical sales or field sales
• Languages: Basic English
• Age: 25 – 45 years
• Gender: Male
• Industry Preference: Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, FMCG, or related fields
• Skills Required: Medical Sales, Channel Sales, Field Sales

Important Conditions:

• Must be willing to travel 25 continuous days per month within the assigned territory.
• Kolkata-based candidates only (applications from Kolkata/Calcutta region will be considered).
• Travel outside Kolkata will be pre-planned and designated by the company.
