Job Description
- Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure effective implementation of company strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Drive secondary sales improvement within each MR’s territory.
- Appoint and monitor stockists to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with the distribution team for timely payment collections.
- Track non-moving or slow-moving products, plan corrective actions with team and HO, and monitor results.
