Prerequisites:
-Handled state level channel sales for at least 8 to 12 years (only for ASM)
-Should be able to handle primary & secondary sales. having strong knowledge of channel sales distribution management & state geography.
- Achieving month on month sales target (Individual and team)
-To handle distribution channel and direct dealers.
-Able to handle concerns of distributors, dealers/retailers of the company.
-Preferred Industry: Handset, Telecom, Consumer goods.
-Meeting with existing dealers & appointing new dealers in assigned territory to boost Sales and promote the brand.
-Follow up with dealers for getting orders & timely payment collection.
-Organize sales promotional activities to enhance sale & brand positioning.
Strategy Planning, Business Development and team building along with skill enhancement.
Candidate should have good communication skills and time management skills
