Job Title: ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (CTC - 4L TO 7L)

Job Summary:

The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through team performance, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new insurance Partnes/AIM
• Train and mentor team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly and annual business targets
• Monitor and track individual and team sales performance
• Motivate and support the team to improve productivity and retention
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business
• Assist team members in closing high-value deals when required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Team sales target achievement
• Number of active advisors/agents
• Policy conversion ratio
• Revenue generation through the team
• Partners/AIM retention and productivity levels
