Assistant Sales Manager - Outlet

1. Role Purpose

At Arrk Celebrations, our outlets are not just stores; they are "Experience Centers." As an Outlet Sales person, you are the first point of contact for our walk-in premium clients. Your role is to provide a "First-Class" shopping experience, ensuring every customer is greeted with warmth, served with precision, and leaves with a high-end luxury gift.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. The Arrk Hospitality Standard

Gate Greeting: Welcome every customer with a graceful "Namaste" and a genuine smile, adhering to the 5-star hospitality standards.

Storytelling: Educate customers on the artisanal nature of our products.

Grooming: Maintain impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards (ironed attire, polished shoes, and a professional appearance) at all times during store hours.

B. Sales & Upselling

Product Knowledge: Be an expert on our catalogue.

Active Upselling: Encourage customers to pair their sweet purchases with our premium vacuum-sealed dry fruits or artisanal delicacies & curated hampers

Customization: Assist walk-in clients in creating bespoke hampers, helping them choose the right combinations for their specific celebration.

C. Financial Integrity (Zero-Credit Policy)

Immediate Billing: Strictly follow the company’s "No Credit / No COD" policy. Ensure every order is billed and paid for via UPI, Card, or Cash before the products are handed over or dispatched.

Polite Refusal: Confidently and politely manage requests for "payment after delivery" or "store credit" by explaining our artisanal quality and immediate-dispatch protocols.

D. Store Operations

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display shelves are always fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing in line with Arrk’s luxury aesthetic.

Inventory Handling

Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and customer feedback logs.

3. Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

Experience: 1–3 years in high-end retail (Jewellery, Luxury Apparel, or Premium Confectionery) or Hospitality (Front Desk/F&B Service) or Aviation industry.

Communication: Clear and polite spoken skills in English and Hindi. HINDI SPEAKING MANDATORY.

Attitude: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Soft Skills

Trained or willing to be trained in international etiquette and soft skills.

High level of honesty and financial discipline.

Attention to detail—noticing a misplaced ribbon or a dusty shelf immediately.
