Associate Agency Business Partner

An Associate Agency Business Partner at HDFC Life Insurance is responsible for managing and supporting agency business partners, developing business strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Here are some key responsibilities:

- *Team Leadership & Sales Management*: Lead, train, and manage a team of Agency Development Managers (ADMs) or equivalent to achieve branch-level sales targets.

- *Agency Development*: Ensure recruitment, activation, and retention of quality Life Insurance Agents through your team.

- *Business Strategy Execution*: Develop local sales strategies and marketing activities to grow the business.

- *Operational Excellence*: Maintain branch hygiene with compliance to regulatory and organizational norms.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- *Education*: Graduate (mandatory); MBA preferred

- *Experience*: 6–10 years of sales experience in life insurance or BFSI domain, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role

- *Key Skills*: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and goal-oriented with a strategic and analytical mindset

The salary range for this role is ₹10L - ₹12L per annum, with benefits like health insurance, paid stick time, and provident fund.
