Job Description
Associate – Banking & Mutual Fund Operations (3 Positions)
Experience: 0–2 years
Key Responsibilities
Process day-to-day Mutual Fund and Banking transactions accurately (subscriptions, redemptions, switches).
Perform basic data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Assist in NAV-related activities and transaction uploads.
Handle investor queries via internal systems under supervision.
Maintain records and ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance norms.
Support senior team members in operational tasks.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of Mutual Fund / Banking operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems.
