Position Title: Internal Auditor / Manager – Internal Audit

About the Company: A leading private railway siding and logistics infrastructure company providing end-to-end rail connectivity, loading/unloading, and material handling solutions to marquee clients such as Jindal Group, Adani Group, Birla Group, NTPC, Dalmia Group, and other major PSU & private sector enterprises.

Key Responsibilities –

• Internal AuditPlan and conduct risk-based internal audits across operations, projects, finance, and compliance.
• Review contracts, revenue recognition, procurement, inventory, and contractor payments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, railway, GST, Income Tax, and labour laws.
• Identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and fraud risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare concise audit reports and present findings to Management/Audit Committee.
• Track and follow up on implementation of audit observations.
• Looking after the treasury operations (banking) of the group.
