AutoCAD Designer

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer for our furniture showroom who can visit sites, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed drawings for furniture manufacturing and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client sites to take precise measurements and understand site conditions

Prepare AutoCAD drawings (2D) for furniture such as wardrobes, beds, sofas, kitchens, TV units, and other custom furniture

Convert design concepts and client requirements into working drawings

Prepare shop drawings with detailed dimensions for production

Coordinate with sales team, production team, and site supervisors

Make revisions based on client feedback and site changes

Ensure drawings follow manufacturing feasibility and installation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory)

Basic understanding of furniture construction, materials, and hardware

Ability to read architectural drawings and site layouts

Knowledge of standard furniture dimensions and detailing

Good measurement and documentation skills

Basic knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and fittings

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field (preferred) should have motor cycle or scooty
