About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Workflow Automation Specialist to design, build, manage, and optimize automation workflows across our business processes. This role is critical in improving efficiency, reducing manual work, and ensuring seamless system integrations across departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy automated workflows using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Maintain and monitor existing workflows to ensure reliability, performance, and error handling
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation pipelines in a timely manner
• Modify, upgrade, and enhance workflows based on evolving business requirements
• Integrate multiple tools, APIs, and systems to ensure smooth data flow across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Document workflows, processes, and system architecture for internal use
• Ensure best practices in automation design, including scalability, security, and efficiency
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (JavaScript or Python is a plus)
• Experience with SaaS tools (CRM, marketing tools, databases, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Familiarity with database tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)
• Understanding of automation architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with debugging and optimizing complex workflows
