Automotive Service Advisor

 Dugar Honda (Dugar Automotives Private Limited), a Service Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the 2-wheeler sector is expected to operate as a high-level technical and customer-facing specialist. This role is primarily based at their locations in Kolkata (such as Baguiati/VIP Road). 

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Intake & Diagnosis: Greeting customers and accurately documenting vehicle symptoms on job cards.
• Service Estimation: Providing clear cost and time estimates for 2-wheeler repairs and periodic maintenance.
• Technician Coordination: Relaying precise repair instructions to mechanics and monitoring workshop workflow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Revenue Generation: Promoting Value-Added Services (VAS) such as AMC, Teflon coating, and spare parts to meet labor targets.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting final inspections and explaining the service invoice and future maintenance advice to the customer.
• Customer Retention: Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Mandatory 3+ years specifically in the 2-wheeler automobile sector.
• Education: Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC).
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of 2-wheeler mechanics, Honda-specific systems, and proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and MS Excel.
• Communication: Fluency in the local language (Bengali) is often required for the Kolkata region, alongside basic Hindi and English./
