Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced B2B Vegetable Sales Executive with a strong background in farm produce or fresh vegetable sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional buyers, ensuring consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in vegetable or farm produce sales and a strong understanding of supply chains, mandi pricing, procurement, and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B sales channels for fresh vegetables and farm produce.

  • Identify and onboard new buyers such as wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, caterers, and food processors.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with buyers.
  • Coordinate with farmers, aggregators, and procurement teams to ensure timely supply.
  • Monitor daily market prices and demand trends in wholesale and retail markets.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, logistics coordination, and delivery management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and order forecasts.
  • Required SkillsStrong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of agriculture supply chains and vegetable markets
  • Ability to manage bulk buyers and institutional clients
  • Knowledge of mandi pricing, grading, and quality standards
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-moving and price-sensitive markets
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience in vegetable, fruit, or farm produce sales
  • Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, or HoReCa buyers
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Agriculture, Business, Commerce, or related field)
  • Familiarity with local agricultural markets and supply networks is preferred
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in fresh produce trading, agri supply chain companies, or wholesale vegetable markets
  • Existing network of B2B buyers or mandi traders
  • Experience in bulk procurement and distribution
