b). Dedicated Claims Handler: The Dedicated Claims Handler assists the claimant throughout the claims process and updates him at key milestones


c). Grief Support Program: A service that helps the family of the deceased policyholder to overcome the grief associated with the loss of a loved one by providing them emotional counselling, financial planning and second opinion on will.

Responsibilities:

  • Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc).
  • Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
  • Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's/Sales Associates.
  • Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates performance.
  • Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).


Requirements:

  • Exp: 1+ years experience in any Banking, Insurance, Financial Products.
