Job Title: Back Office Coordinator Job Summary The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative duties, maintaining records, coordinating internal processes, and supporting front-office or operational teams. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication within the organization.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
- Coordinate internal operations and support different departments
- Handle data entry, verification, and reporting tasks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation
- Monitor inventory, supplies, or operational resources (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Communicate with vendors, clients, or internal teams for coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage emails, files, and correspondence efficiently
- Support HR or administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP or CRM systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
