Job Title: Back Office Coordinator Job Summary The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative duties, maintaining records, coordinating internal processes, and supporting front-office or operational teams. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication within the organization.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate internal operations and support different departments
  • Handle data entry, verification, and reporting tasks
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, or operational resources (if applicable)
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, or internal teams for coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage emails, files, and correspondence efficiently
  • Support HR or administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
