📌 Job SummaryTata AIA Life Insurance is hiring a detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to support documentation, client servicing, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, good with data handling, and able to support the sales/operations team efficiently from the backend.

  • 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🧾 Documentation & Data ManagementHandle client documentation, KYC, policy issuance & data entry
  • Maintain digital & physical records in an organized format
  • Update reports, MIS, lead trackers & daily logs
  • 📞 Client Support & CoordinationAssist customers with policy updates, status tracking & service queries
  • Coordinate with the sales team, branch staff & channel partners
  • Schedule meetings, service calls & follow-up reminders
  • 📊 Reporting & Backend SupportPrepare daily/weekly MIS reports and sales updates
  • Support branch operations through backend processing
  • Track workflow & ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
