Education : Minimum 10+2 (12th Pass)

Preference Graduates : (Any stream) are highly preferred.

Computer Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge and Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Data Entry, Basic Analysis).

Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and local language).

High level of Confidence and professionalism.

Business Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of the Insurance Industry (Products, Terminology, and Importance).

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

Work Ethics:

Demonstrated sense of Responsibility and Ownership.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
