Job Description

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, be organized, and capable of handling clerical work efficiently to ensure smooth backend operations.

  • Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks and prepare reports as required
  • Assist in documentation, billing, and invoice processing
  • Handle email correspondence and manage internal communication
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to the management and team
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data
  • Requirements:0–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking and meet deadlines
  • 12/diploma/Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred)
  • Knowledge of Tally or any ERP system is a plus
