  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
  • Manage and organize company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
  • Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Support front office staff by managing backend processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and office equipment.
  • Data & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of documentation and records.
  • Communication
  • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline workflow.
  • Respond to internal queries and provide necessary information.
  • Support HR with onboarding and employee documentation.
  • 🛠️ Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in back-office operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
