Job Description
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Manage and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Operational Coordination
- Support front office staff by managing backend processes.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and office equipment.
- Data & Compliance
- Maintain accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits of documentation and records.
- Communication
- Act as a liaison between departments to streamline workflow.
- Respond to internal queries and provide necessary information.
- Support HR with onboarding and employee documentation.
- 🛠️ Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in back-office operations or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
