Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office cum Accounts Executive to support the Program Manager and Company Head in daily operations, documentation, and financial tasks. The candidate will play an important role in managing quotations, documentation, invoicing, and accounts-related work while ensuring smooth coordination between teams.


Key Responsibilities

Program Management Support

  • Assist Program Manager in preparing client quotations and proposals
  • Create presentation decks (PPT) for project recce reports
  • Prepare execution presentation decks for internal and client reporting
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required

Billing & Documentation

  • Generate and maintain invoices
  • Assist in invoice submission and documentation to clients
  • Maintain records of billing, payments, and outstanding invoices

Accounts & Finance Support

  • Assist Company Head in GST filing preparation
  • Maintain purchase and expense records
  • Support preparation of Profit & Loss reports
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records

Inventory & Operations

  • Maintain and update stock/inventory records
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials
  • Coordinate with operations team for stock updates

Administrative Support

  • Maintain company documents and files
  • Assist management in daily operational tasks
  • Prepare reports and MIS when required

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts, GST, and invoicing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to create professional presentations (PPT)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in back office operations or accounts role
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books accounting software
  • Experience in project documentation or vendor coordination
