Back Office Executive

The Branch Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets for the assigned branch. The role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining client relationships, promoting company products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to contribute to branch profitability.

• Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.
• Participate in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedures.
• Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in branch-based or field sales roles.
