• 🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer records and policy details in our database. 💻📂
• Documentation: Verify and process KYC documents, policy applications, and claims with high attention to detail. ✅📄
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track operational efficiency. 📊📉
• Coordination: Support the sales and underwriting teams by providing necessary documentation and clearing pending requirements. 🤝📞
• Compliance: Ensure all administrative tasks align with IRDAI guidelines and company protocols. ⚖️🛡️
• 🎯 Who We Are Looking For? Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce background is a plus! 🎓).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and the rest of the MS Office Suite. 🖥️⌨️
• Detail-Oriented: Someone who can spot a typo from a mile away. 🧐🔍
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. 🗣️✍️
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in back-office operations (Freshers with a quick learning curve are welcome! 🌟)
