Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve performance goals, meet project deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. This role involves coordinating daily operations, providing feedback and support to team members, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily team activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, mentor team members, and facilitate skill development.

Communication: Act as the main point of contact between management and the team, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and updates.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve conflicts, challenges, or operational issues within the team.

Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, project updates, and improvement plans to management.

Process Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
