Job Description
We are the service centre of Blue Star Airconditioner . Job handling calls throughout our system communication with customers and fixed appointments then distributed the calls to technicians, after job completion help technicians to close the calls through our system with mobile and computer.
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and maintain company records.
- Manage data entry and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation.
- Maintain files, documents, and office databases.
- Assist in processing client applications and other office work.
- Respond to emails and maintain proper communication.
