Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Graphic Designer and Backoffice Coordinator. This hybrid role involves both creative design work and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual content for marketing and branding, while also assisting with the smooth operation of the office through administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visual content for websites, social media, print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.), product packaging, and branding collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce effective design solutions that align with company branding and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms and materials.
  • Work on digital media, including email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social media posts.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and websites.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure a modern approach to all designs.
  • Provide design support for internal and external communications, as needed.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Process and manage orders, invoices, and reports related to back-office operations.
  • Help maintain accurate records of marketing materials, product designs, and design files.
  • Handle communication with suppliers and clients as needed for design-related inquiries.
  • Support office coordination, including organizing meetings, events, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s digital filing system and ensuring all design files are properly archived and accessible.
  • Provide general clerical support to senior management and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work (branding, marketing materials, digital design, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of back-office operations and administrative procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of office management software and tools.
