Location: Head Office, Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Role:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage ERP entries, documentation, and operational data to ensure smooth transport and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter Enquiry to Order and Order to Loading FMS in URCPL App

• Maintain ERP entries (L1 Entry, Quotation Entry, Cost Entry, CN Entry)

• Prepare and share reports with HODs

• Handle challan receiving, scanning, and uploading in ERP

• Upload EPOD in URCPL App

• Maintain POD details in Google Sheets

• Maintain GPS details records

• Collect vehicle documents for advance processing

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–2 years experience in Back Office / Logistics operations

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

• Good data entry and documentation skills
