Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: J-L-13, Ashwini Nagar, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700074

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Education: Minimum Graduate

Preferred Candidates: Residing within 25 km radius of job location

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
• Work on MS Excel for preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating databases.
• Assist in managing internal communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
• Support the front-end team with backend processes and administrative support.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company data.
• Candidate Requirements:Education: Minimum graduate in any stream

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
• Typing speed and accuracy preferred
• Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently
• Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi
• Location Preference: Candidates must be residing within 25 km of the job location
