Role ObjectiveThe Back Office Executive is responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing policy applications, and maintaining accurate databases. The goal is to ensure that all internal processes run smoothly, supporting the sales and customer service teams in delivering a seamless experience to policyholders.

• Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & ProcessingAccurately input and update customer data into the core insurance software.
• Process new business applications (Login) and ensure all required documentation is present.
• Manage policy servicing requests such as nominations, fund switches, and contact detail updates.
• 2. Documentation & Quality CheckPerform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per IRDAI norms.
• Scrutinize documents for authenticity and completeness before forwarding them to the Underwriting team.
• Maintain a physical and digital filing system for policy records and confidential documents.
• 3. Financial CoordinationReconcile premium payments, cheques, and electronic transfers.
• Assist in processing payouts for claims, surrenders, or partial withdrawals.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding daily cash/cheque collection reports.
• 4. Reporting & CompliancePrepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on pending applications, issuance TAT (Turnaround Time), and error rates.
• Ensure 100% adherence to internal audit standards and data privacy laws.
