Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sending and processing investment transactions (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, etc.)
• Coordinating with AMCs, RTA, and internal teams for transaction execution and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate client records, transaction data, and documentation
• Ensuring timely updating of client portfolios and reports
• Handling client service requests related to transactions and records
• Reconciliation of transaction statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms
• Supporting the advisory and sales team with backend operations
