Job Profile: Back Office Executive (Recruitment & Development Focus)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  1. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment records and databases.
  1. Employee Development:

  • Support onboarding and induction programs.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Maintain employee development records and feedback reports.
  1. Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle documentation, reports, and data entry related to HR activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on recruitment and training processes.
