Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Back Office Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in building a high-performing work environment by taking part in critical administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations, focusing on data management, documentation, and reporting. Also, helping Recruiters in assisting recruitment process by sourcing and onboarding top talent. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow a career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities • Sourcing, data management, recruitment, reporting, documentation. •Provide ongoing support and guidance to the new recruits to ensure their success and address any concerns • Conduct induction and initial training as per Bajaj Allianz standards • Maintain accurate records of activities • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations. • Participate in regular review meetings and performance assessments.
Candidate Profile: • Education: Minimum 12th or Graduation persuing preferred. Experience: 0 to 5yrs. • Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proven ability to build a strong professional network. o Basic understanding of insurance products and sales cycle o Experience in candidate screening and interviewing o Self-motivated and target-driven. ○ Ability to build rapport and manage relationships
