Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Back Office Executive to join our business development team. Unlike a traditional administrative role, this position is a critical engine for our growth. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, managing outbound outreach, and securing meetings for our sales leadership.
The ideal candidate is a "research specialist" who understands how to navigate digital platforms to find the right stakeholders and initiate professional contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: Use LinkedIn, industry directories, and web research tools to identify potential clients (Founders, Marketing Directors, Product Owners) who need professional Webflow development.
- Data Management: Maintain and update a clean database of prospects within our CRM, ensuring all contact information is accurate.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach sequences to introduce Envizn Labs’ services.
- Appointment Setting: Follow up with warm leads to schedule discovery calls. Your primary KPI will be the number of qualified meetings booked for the sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Filter incoming inquiries to ensure they meet our ideal client profile (budget, industry, and project scope).
- Sales Support: Prepare brief research dossiers on prospects before scheduled meetings to help the sales team close deals effectively.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Support, or a Back Office role within a B2B service industry (Agency experience is a plus).
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar lead sourcing tools.
- Communication: Strong written English skills with the ability to craft professional, non-spammy outreach messages.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple lead tracks simultaneously.
- Technical Literacy: A basic understanding of the web development landscape (Webflow, CMS, Agency models) to better communicate our value proposition.
