Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good command of Advanced Excel and basic computer applications. You will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, and supporting the operations team.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
• Support daily office operations and backend processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Perform general administrative tasks and provide backend support to the team.
• Requirements:Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
