Job Description
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative, operational, and support functions to ensure smooth workflow within R R Associates. The role involves data management, documentation, client coordination, and assisting various internal teams. Accuracy, discipline, and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Operational TasksMaintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Handle data entry, file management, and daily office operations.
- Prepare reports, MIS data, spreadsheets, and internal communication materials.
- Coordinate with different departments for timely completion of tasks.
- Client Coordination & SupportAssist in responding to client queries through email and phone.
- Share client reports, documentation, and follow-up updates.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely communication regarding services.
- Documentation & CompliancePrepare invoices, agreements, contracts, and other required documents.
- Ensure proper filing of physical and digital documents.
- Assist in compliance-related activities as instructed by seniors.
- Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with field staff, sales team, and management for task updates.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support office communication.
- Ensure smooth internal workflow through timely follow-ups.
- Reporting & Data ManagementPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the management.
- Analyze basic data and assist in preparing presentations or summaries.
- Monitor task progress and share status updates with the concerned teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles (freshers can also apply depending on company policy).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
