📌 Job Summary : Tata AIA Life Insurance is hiring a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support sales teams, documentation processes, and channel coordination. The role focuses on backend operations such as policy processing, record management, MIS reporting, and communication support to ensure smooth business execution.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Team Support & Sales Coordination🔄 Coordinate day-to-day backend activities related to business development and branch operations
- 📞 Support sales and channel teams with required backend documentation
- 🤝 Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal teams and channel partners
- 2️⃣ Business Administration & Documentation📑 Handle documentation, KYC verification, policy processing & record maintenance
- 🗓️ Schedule client follow-ups, tele-calling reminders, and meeting support
- 📊 Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, branch documents & revenue sheets
- 3️⃣ Client Communication & Relationship Support📌 Act as a backend support link between management, channel partners & clients
- 📢 Share product updates, target mailers, policy information & reporting updates
- 💬 Resolve basic client queries and escalate complex cases to concerned departments
- 4️⃣ Tracking Performance & Target Progress📍 Track daily sales data, pipeline progress, and lead closure updates
- 📈 Support team leaders in preparing performance reviews & business summaries
- 🎯 Help monitor and document monthly & quarterly business targets
- 🧠 Skills & Competencies💻 Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace
- 🗣️ Good communication & coordination skills
