Job Role: Distribution Leadership and Management job profile. You have to manage team after getting management training from India First Life powered by Bank of Baroda. No target, no field work, no sales either. Main work includes recruitment, taking interviews, conducting awareness campaigns among people through cold calling and taking motivational sessions of the whole team.

Office Timing : 11 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday, Sat-Sun off) [**All National Holidays are available**]
